WOW I have been quite the busy bee lately.
Let’s see…
Thursday, I presented my summer research at Research and Clinical Excellence Day
Friday, I performed my first local anesthetic injection (woo!!)
Sunday, I ran my first half marathon in the Nike Women’s Marathon in SF (my muscles died a little bit)
Thursday-Saturday, the American Dental Association National Convention was in SF (I was fangirling over the amount of Dental professionals in one place)
It’s now over a week later and I am finally grasping how awesome those few days were. Dental school and living in SF is CRAZY but I am loving every single minute of it.
Wednesday, we are visiting a local high school to provide free dental screenings and fluoride varnish. :]
My life is pretty awesome.
