Super Bowl - Fitness and Diet Killer?

Today Paul and I invited our friends Natalie and Josh over for Super Bowl festivities.

This morning I did a tough pyramid leg workout and before the game we all played football together for nearly an hour.

I ate a lot of unhealthy food but I did throw in some healthy snacks like grapes and pistachios. 

I was starting to feel guilty about eating pizza and nachos but then I had to remind myself that I worked out this morning and this afternoon. I should not feel guilty or beat myself up over one afternoon of bad eating.

I’ll get back on track tomorrow beginning with a ballet/barre workout at home. :]

Whenever I start to doubt myself and my fitness goals, I have to stay positive and move forward. 

I feel strong and I will not be my own worst enemy.
