Week 2

Today starts week 2 of my heath and wellness kick!

I have been perpetually sore for the past 5 days but I’m feeling great. Although my legs feel like jelly and my arms feel like they are going to fall off, I feel like I can do anything. I’m looking forward to seeing the fruits of my labor.

Today I did a treadmill interval running workout that I found on Pinterest and it kicked my butt. I’ve never run that fast on a treadmill and I thought I was going to fall off, but I’m so glad that I finished. I think I’ll try that workout again.

Tomorrow I have a busy day so I’m going to try to fit in yoga when I get home from school and tutoring a D1.
