Welcome December!

I hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving. Mine was pretty darn wonderful. As short as our visit was, Paul and I loved spending time with our families. Of course, our families are completely thrilled for our little one. My mom was even able to feel a faint baby kick. 

This is such a glorious time of year! I am almost all the way through my end-of-the-year bucket list. In the coming weeks, I’m looking forward to Christmas lights, hot drinks, carols, cookies, family time, and Hawaii!

Happy Thanksgiving

I will be taking the rest of the week to spend time with my wonderful family. Tomorrow morning, Paul and I will be seeing our sweet pumpkin at our ultrasound appointment. Girl or boy? We will see! Then it’s off to Southern California to enjoy this holiday surrounded by our loved ones. 

I am thankful for my devoted husband, our precious little one on-the-way, my loving family, and all the blessings I experience all year round.

P.S. I am also thankful for maternity pants because they are stretchy, and I am about to dive head first into a feast! Hello pumpkin pie!

It's beginning to look a lot like...

For most of us, Monday mornings can be quite bleak. But on this Monday morning, I got to wake up to the Christmas spirit in my apartment. We have a small place, but I love to decorate for the holidays. Usually, I decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving, but this year, Paul and I get to go home to see our families! Instead, I wanted to decorate before we left for LA on Wednesday. 

Between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s spent with our loved ones, it really is the most wonderful time of the year.

Paul and I have a wonderful week ahead. On Wednesday, we have our big ultrasound appointment! And we are so excited to spend a couple days with our families.
