Getting back on track!

This week I had midterms and I wasn’t able to devote enough time to fitness. I am excited to get back on track tomorrow. I plan to do a ballet body workout which kicks my booty into shape.

But when I find myself having negative thoughts about my fitness regimen, I remind myself that we all have good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks, and unforeseeable obstacles. But what do we do? We power through and get back on track.
