Today I had my first test of willpower. 

I had an extremely long and hard day at school and stayed much later than I normally do. I was exhausted and starving by the time I got home but I knew that I had a workout ahead of me. 

In the past I would just tell myself, “Samantha, you worked hard today, just relax, you deserve it”. But today I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and just try to power through. I had already scheduled a lighter workout for today so I told myself to just do it! 

I did a “ballet abs” workout from backonpointe.tumblr.com and I am very pleased that I stuck it out. 


Yay for willpower! I hope that I can continue on my workout streak! 

Any workout is better than no workout.
