Hello Monday {A kickoff to training}

Good morning everyone! I hope that you all had a fantastic weekend, I know that I did. But back to the grind…

// Today starts…drum roll please…my Nike Women’s Half Marathon training! I have been a couch potato lately because I’m so exhausted when I get home from clinic, but I’m excited to dive right in and workout my way to more energy. I will be following Self’s 12-week training schedule, so I invite you to follow along with me! 

// I am in love with this beautiful gift that Natalie and Josh gave me for my birthday. This book is called, The Vintage Tea Party Book - a complete guide to hosting your perfect tea party, by Angel Adoree. This book is so beautiful and fun and filled with everything from recipes, tea selections, to style advice. I will definitely be planning a tea party soon.

// I love fresh and fun salad recipes so I was excited to find this Prosciutto, Nectarine & Zucchini Salad. Lunches can get boring sometimes, but this will add some excitement to break up my long day. 

// Um hello! A Beautiful Mess does it again with this huge list of drinks for the summer. With smoothies, shakes, and infused lemonades, I’m excited to try out some of these tasty treats. Frozen hot chocolate anyone?
