If you’re anything like me, you can get overly a bit obsessed about the little things that pop up on a daily basis. Generally, I have a pretty level head when it comes to the big picture but occasionally, I get preoccupied with trivial {and often silly} things.
I won’t go into details, but some of you have probably experienced the same gut-wrenching anxiety that accompanies obsessive and compulsive behaviors.
Whenever I begin one of my downward spirals into obsession. I have to step back, take a deep breath, and remind myself of what is truly important and not let myself be taken over by anxiety.
A few things that are most important to me are: my husband, my rock; my supportive and loving family; my loyal friends; my health; my ability to help others; and my passion for learning.
