Duh da da dum! She’s a girl!
We found out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we could not be more thrilled. All along, I have had a gut feeling that our little bun in the oven is a precious little girl. We are beyond happy and we feel incredibly blessed.
Our little sweet pumpkin!
We’ve been throwing names around and we are pretty much settled on a first name but are still undecided on the middle name. {But my mom has always said, you need to meet your little one and hold her in your arms before you decide 100%}.
I found this adorable list to track some pregnancy stats:
How far along? 21 weeks.
Total weight gain: 5 pounds {finally gained my weight back that I lost in the first trimester}.
Maternity clothes? I bought one pair of maternity pants, one maternity dress, and a handful of long-sleeved cotton tees.
Stretch marks? None yet, fingers crossed!
Sleep: Tough to get comfortable at first but once I’m asleep I’ve been okay. I have woken up from some weird dreams!
Miss anything? Wine, sashimi, and smoked nova salmon.
Movement: So much! I first felt little flutters as 17 weeks and now she is doing cartwheels in there.
Food cravings: Fruit, pastries, salads, and McDonald’s.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not anymore, but the first trimester was ROUGH {pretty much ANYTHING made me nauseated}.
Sex: A sweet little girl!
Symptoms: Sore hip joints, random hip numbness, heart burn, running to the bathroom, headaches, a growing belly, congestion, itchy skin, increased appetite, and forgetfulness.
Belly button in or out? Still in and I can still wear my belly button ring.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy but easily provoked to moody {don’t poke the beast}.
Looking forward to: More movement and belly growth.
I cannot believe that I am halfway through this pregnancy. WOAH.
